We are still…

It’s been a whirlwind few days in the hospital. After BugBug’s birth, I lost a significant amount of blood (that was fun) so I’ve been a little less active and engaged than I like to be. It’s strange, being in a hospital room after getting used to life at home with a toddler. And now, with a newborn baby and orders to stay in bed, things are moving even slower than usual. I find myself in bed now, my arms empty, in a quiet room. The only sounds are breathing. And then there’s this…oliver birth (1 of 1)-40Life, at a slower pace, is good today.
